State of Ohio launching $1,500 ‘Learning Aid Ohio’ tutoring grant for eligible families starting Nov. 2nd

At his October 29th 2 p.m. coronavirus press conference, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine announced that eligible families of IEP students can apply for up to $1,500 in grant funding to cover costs of tutoring and other needed supports.

Per the Learning Aid Ohio Website, additional requirements are as follows:

  • You must be an Ohio resident. Your child must be learning full-time remotely.
  • Your child must be on an IEP during the 2020-2021 school year.
  • You must be experiencing financial hardship
